1. Mandate: The client signs an Asset Management mandate with Per4m.
2. ​Authorization: The client grants Per4m a Limited Power of Attorney to instruct the bank on their behalf, excluding fund withdrawals.
3. ​Account Setup: Per4m facilitates the account opening with the bank or works with an existing account.
4. ​Asset Management: Per4m, as an External Asset Manager, manages the client's assets.
5. ​Orders: Per4m issues purchase and sell orders to the bank.

6. Confirmation: The bank sends trade execution confirmations to Per4m.
